Year 3 had a special visitor this week. Chapel Vets came to visit us with Teddy, a Jug (Jack Russell/Pug). We learned about how to care for different animals and what the animals need to be healthy. This helped us to think about rainforest animals and how we could look after them and their environment. We were extremely excited and asked lots of questions about how to be a vet and the jobs that vets do.
We have also been learning about statistics. We collected data about children’s favourite fruits and presented our learning in a pictogram. We made a key so people would know how many children each piece of fruit represented.
